个人简介

孙朝霞,女,山西省大同市人,博士,教授,博士生导师。

主要从事荞麦基因组学、种质资源收集评价和利用、多组学联合分析揭示重要性状成因。主要研究内容为:(1)苦荞种质资源挖掘与精准鉴定;(2)苦荞EMS诱变育种研究,筛选出壳裂、矮秆、高低芦丁等多个优良性状突变体株系;(3)多组学联合分析揭示苦荞重要功能基因,包括利用表型组-代谢组-蛋白组分析揭示苦荞动态发育规律,解析种壳厚度形成机制等。先后主持国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发项目项目5项,省部级项目6项;在Advanced Science、Plant communicaitons、Plant Biotechnology Journal、Journal of Agriculture and Food Chemistry等期刊发表论文40余篇,其中SCI论文30余篇。
